At Gaggia North America, we want you to be fully satisfied with your espresso experience. If your machine or accessory is not the perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and condition.

Initiate a Return Request

Log into your account or contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Prepare and Clean Your Machine

Thoroughly drain all water from the boiler, empty the dregs drawer, and clean any coffee residue to ensure the machine is dry and secure for transit.

Pack in Original Packaging

Place the unit and all included accessories back into the original Gaggia double-boxing system to prevent damage during the return shipment.

Ship and Receive Refund

Affix the shipping label and drop the package at the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the unit, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
